Job Summary:
The Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Registered Nurse position is located in Sun City West, Arizona. This role involves assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for critically ill patients in accordance with organizational policies and professional nursing standards. The position requires delivering high-quality, evidence-based care and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Nights shift, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Must possess a current, valid RN license in the state of practice, or a temporary/interim RN license, or compact RN licensure for the current state. BLS certification is required. Additional certifications or continuing education may be needed based on the specific area of practice.
• Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in nursing is preferred. Professional certification related to critical care nursing is desirable.
• Additional Information: This role involves providing direct patient care in a critical care environment, utilizing specialized nursing skills to support the physical, psychological, and social needs of ICU patients. The RN will participate in patient assessment, care planning, documentation, and interdisciplinary collaboration to promote positive health outcomes.
