Facilities Maintenance Supervisor

Job Category: Medical / Health - Maintenance. Assigning tasks and overseeing maintenance / Packaging mechanics staff functions. 24 hour “on call” status for equipment emergency repairs. Schedules, oversees Preventative Maintenance (PM) on all production and facility equipment. Works with all departments to increase the capacity of the manufacturing group by enhancing the reliability of equipment. Requests, schedules, and oversees the activities of various contractors working throughout the facility. Additional Responsibilities: Other duties may be assigned. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, training, planning, assigning and directing work, appraising performance, rewarding and disciplining employees, addressing complaints & resolving problems. Qualifications Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
