Pay Rate: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Shift: 1st Shift | 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM) (2nd Shift | 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM) (Monday - Friday)

Job Duties:

• Load, unload, and move products
• Pick and pack orders so they're right every time
• Use scanners/handhelds
• Stay on your feet, lift up to 30 lbs.
• Follow safety rules - no shortcuts
• Show up, clock in, work hard
• Pay attention - details count
• Learn fast and take direction
• Work with your crew - no drama
• Be flexible with shifts or overtime
• 1-2 years of production/warehouse packing experience required

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of production, manufacturing, or packing experience preferred
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to stand for the entire shift (up to 8 hours)
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks at a consistent pace
• Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs regularly
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
• Steel-toed boots required
