Location 2343 Lincoln Ave.,Hayward, CA, 94545,United States Base Pay $75,000.00 / Year Employee Type FT Exempt Description Position Overview SOLID Surface Care, Inc. is seeking a driven and results-oriented Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. This role will be responsible for managing full-cycle recruiting efforts for high-volume hourly and field-based positions across multiple markets nationwide. The ideal candidate is experienced in sourcing, screening, and hiring talent in a fast-paced environment while delivering an exceptional candidate experience. Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruitment for high-volume hourly and operational positions across multiple markets Source qualified candidates using Indeed, job boards, networking, referrals, and other recruiting channels Review resumes, conduct phone screenings, and evaluate candidate qualifications Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruiting strategies Maintain active candidate pipelines and ensure timely follow-up throughout the hiring process Manage job postings and ensure positions are accurately represented across recruiting platforms Track candidate activity and maintain accurate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Assist with offer presentation, onboarding coordination, and new hire communications Monitor recruiting metrics and provide updates on hiring progress and market trends Support recruiting initiatives, hiring events, and workforce planning efforts Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience in a high-volume hiring environment Experience sourcing candidates through Indeed and other online recruiting platforms Experience utilizing an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage candidate pipelines and hiring workflows Strong ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills Ability to work independently while collaborating with hiring managers and internal stakeholders Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, and Word Preferred Qualifications Experience recruiting for hourly, blue-collar, skilled trades, facilities, operations, or field service positions Experience supporting multi-state or nationwide recruiting efforts Familiarity with onboarding processes and employment compliance requirements Knowledgeable in UKG Ready Experience with recruiting metrics and reporting #J-18808-Ljbffr
