Schedule: Shift: 08:00:00 - 16:30:00, Days: Monday to Friday, Weekend rotation

Contract Weeks: 52, Guaranteed Hours: 0

Salary range: $39 - $45 per hour. Must comply with all licensing and certification requirements for the role.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality medical care and rehabilitation services to residents.
• Monitor and assess residents' health status and needs.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans.
• Educate residents and families about health conditions and treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of resident care.
• Adhere to facility policies and procedures, including infection control.

Compliance / Notes:

• 10% salary placement fee applies.
• Drug screening and background checks may be required.
