Days: Monday to Friday, with rotating weekends.

Job Description

We are seeking experienced Inpatient Rehabilitation Therapists to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidates will possess inpatient rehab experience, particularly in neuro, ortho, traumatic brain injury (TBI), and spinal cord injury (SCI) therapy. You will utilize various modalities, including estim, to facilitate patient recovery and rehabilitation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and develop treatment plans for patients in an inpatient rehab setting.
• Implement and assess therapy interventions tailored to individual patient needs.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary medical team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Participate in mobility therapy utilizing various equipment, including portable and in-room lifts.
• Engage patients in supportive therapy activities, including pet therapy and group support initiatives.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Must have inpatient rehab experience and be Care Tool trained.
• Certifications required: OTR/L, CPR BLS.
• Advanced skills in neuro and ortho rehabilitation, as well as experience with TBI and SCI treatments.
