Required Qualifications:

• Certification as a Medical Technologist or Medical Laboratory Technician (ASCP, AMT, or equivalent)
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science or related field
• Demonstrated competency in clinical laboratory procedures and instrumentation
• Excellent organizational and critical thinking skills
• Experience in a clinical setting preferred
