Education Requirements High school diploma or GED required Additional education in Business Administration, Customer Service, or a related field is a plus

Experience Requirements Minimum 6 years of customer service or customer support experience required Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace Experience with Salesforce or other CRM software Experience with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and inventory management systems such as Fishbowl Typing speed of 60+ words per minute Strong phone, email, and interpersonal communication skills

Job Duties Answer incoming customer calls and provide professional support Log customer interactions and service requests into Salesforce Coordinate with technicians to dispatch orders and resolve customer inquiries Process and audit purchase orders Perform accurate and timely data entry Operate a multi-line phone system or switchboard Monitor and respond to customer service emails Create new customer accounts and maintain account information Track shipments, obtain freight quotes, and generate shipping labels Maintain electronic inventory records Assist with administrative and customer support functions as needed

Physical Capabilities Ability to remain seated or stand for extended periods while assisting customers. Frequent use of computers, telephones, and standard office equipment. Ability to communicate clearly with customers, coworkers, and business partners. Ability to perform repetitive keyboard and data entry tasks throughout the workday.
