Role Description This full-time, on-site Insurance Agent role is based in Pikeville, KY. The Insurance Agent will meet with prospective and existing clients to assess their financial protection needs and recommend suitable insurance products. Responsibilities include explaining policy features, preparing quotes, processing applications, and maintaining accurate client records. The role requires regular follow-up with clients, responding to inquiries, and providing ongoing customer service to ensure policies remain aligned with clients' changing needs. The Insurance Agent will also collaborate with internal teams and brokerage partners to stay current on product offerings, compliance standards, and market trends. Qualifications Insurance Sales and Insurance skills to effectively present, explain, and sell appropriate coverage options. Insurance Brokerage and Finance skills to compare products, analyze client needs, and provide sound financial protection recommendations. Customer Service skills to build long-term relationships, respond to inquiries, and support clients with policy changes and claims guidance. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex information in a clear and accessible manner. Ability to work in an on-site environment in Pikeville, KY, manage time effectively, and meet performance goals. High school diploma or equivalent required; coursework or a degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred.
