Shipping Truck Loader Location: Baldwin, GA Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm, with overtime opportunities Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package Join a fast-paced windows manufacturing team as a Shipping Truck Loader and help ensure customer orders are loaded accurately, safely, and on time. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, safety-minded, and ready to be part of a team that keeps products moving. Full-time, day-shift schedule Overtime opportunities available Comprehensive benefits package Team-focused manufacturing environment Important role in shipping accuracy, product protection, and customer satisfaction What You’ll Do · Load windows onto trucks safely, accurately, and efficiently · Scan and verify products to ensure complete and correct shipments · Follow shipping paperwork and loading instructions · Inspect trailers before loading and help secure products for transit · Report damaged products immediately to the Supervisor or Lead · Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shipping area What We’re Looking For · Dependable team player with strong attention to detail · Ability to follow written and verbal instructions · Basic math, reading, inspection, and communication skills · Comfortable working in a manufacturing or warehouse environment · Able to stand for extended periods, bend, twist, and lift/move up to 65 pounds · High school diploma or equivalent and manufacturing/warehouse experience preferred Ready to build your future with us?
