Opportunity: Physician - Hospitalist

Job Details: • Provide hospital call coverage every other week from May 1 - August 23, 2026 • Manage 15-18 patients per day in adult inpatient setting with ICU/CCU responsibilities • Work within a structured hospitalist program with 12-hour shifts, seven days on/seven days off • Collaborate with team of four physicians (2 daytime, 2 nocturnists) • Utilize Cerner EHR system for patient documentation • Board certification required in Internal Medicine or Family Practice • Must maintain active Michigan medical license • Must be local to Michigan • Clean malpractice history highly preferred • Use DocTime system for time tracking (reverse invoicing) • NPDB self-query required within 30 days of presentation • Weekend coverage required • Hospital call only coverage model
