Key Responsibilities\n

As a licensed clinical social worker, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting comprehensive evaluations and assessments of infants and toddlers to identify developmental delays and disabilities.

  • Actively participating in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs), collaboratively setting specific goals tailored to each child's needs.

  • Regularly monitoring progress and outcomes, adjusting strategies as necessary to ensure optimal development.
  • \n
  • Providing specialized support to families, equipping them with skills and resources essential for fostering their child's development in a natural setting.
  • \n
  • Adhering to all Federal and State regulations pertaining to early intervention services, ensuring compliance and ethical practice.

  • Building strong relationships with children, families, and multidisciplinary team members to foster a warm and engaging learning environment.
  • \n
  • Implementing evidence-based practices rooted in Natural Learning Environment Principles to support child development and family engagement.
  • \n
  • Championing coaching models and natural environmental teaching approaches, empowering families and enhancing the child's learning experience.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses on providing critical services to infants and toddlers who exhibit developmental delays or disabilities. You will work closely with families, guiding them through the early intervention process and reinforcing learning and development techniques in both professional and home settings. Understanding the family dynamic and addressing the emotional and social aspects of a child's life is core to our mission.

Qualifications\n

To excel in this role, candidates are required to have:

  • A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.

  • A current and valid LCSW licensure from the Department of Public Health.
