HR Data & Recruitment Coordinator

Overview Accentuate Staffing is recruiting for an HR Data & Recruitment Coordinator to support a project with a pharmaceutical company in Raleigh, NC. This is a 6-month contract assignment focused on HR data accuracy, reporting, and recruitment coordination. Responsibilities Reconcile and validate data across HR systems, Excel spreadsheets, and budget/headcount files to ensure accuracy and consistency. Identify discrepancies, audit records, and support HR data cleanup initiatives. Develop and track action plans to resolve data issues and maintain data integrity. Coordinate the job description process by partnering with managers to create or update role documentation. Follow up with hiring managers on recruitment progress and candidate status. Support pre-onboarding and onboarding activities to ensure a smooth new hire experience. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong experience working with HR systems and advanced Excel. Solid understanding of HR data and reporting processes. High attention to detail with the ability to analyze and resolve data discrepancies independently. Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with managers and HR teams. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience with HR data audits, budget files, or headcount planning.
