High Focus Centers in Freehold is a premier provider of outpatient treatment programs for mental health, substance use and co-occurring disorders. Our highly trained staff create individualized, comprehensive and robust treatment plans designed to meet each client's treatment goals. At High Focus Centers in Freehold we are currently seeking a Adolescent Clinician to join our amazing team of behavioral healthcare professionals in facilitating individual therapy, group therapy and group based psycho-education . • Address: 6 Paragon Way # 104, Freehold, NJ 07728
• Schedule: Full time 40 hours/week, Monday - Friday
• Salary: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year (including FREE licensure supervision!)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Evaluates behavioral, emotional, cognitive, spiritual, and social needs of clients in collaboration with and consideration of family members
• Facilitates all clinical services for clients including individual and family sessions, therapeutic groups, and referral source/ outpatient provider contact.
• Responsible for maintaining clinical record for clients with appropriate documentation of clinical services and client program engagement
• Participates in aftercare plan development and outcome data process.
• Will utilize Evidence based practice
• Contributes to program specific curriculum development, literature review, and training in accordance with clinical philosophy.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education/Licensure/Experience:

• Required: New Jersey: LSW, LAC, LCSW, LPC, LMFT (or are in process of obtaining)
• Required: Minimum 1 year experience working with adolescent populations in any capacity
