As the primary point of contact for homeowners, this position is responsible for building customer relationships, scheduling appointments, coordinating service requests, and ensuring smooth communication between customers and our craftsmen. Key responsibilities include:

• Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries professionally and promptly
• Scheduling appointments and coordinating service requests using company software
• Communicating effectively with customers, craftsmen, and management
• Following up with customers regarding estimates, appointments, and completed projects
• Assisting with customer concerns and helping ensure a positive resolution
• Maintaining accurate customer records and job information
• Supporting daily office operations and contributing to overall team success
