Responsibilities:

• Inspect buildings, equipment, and systems for any issues
• Maintain inventory and schedule repairs
• Perform general maintenance of the facility and grounds
• Provide efficient operation and upkeep of the property, building, and grounds

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2 years related experience in a long term care/medical facility environment
• Full time, 40 hours/week
