Job Summary

Job Description

• Schedule appointments and coordinate calendars.
• Provide information and assistance to callers.
• Take dictation and prepare correspondence or documents as needed.
• Provide administrative and business support to managers.
• Perform general clerical and administrative tasks.
• Gather, organize, and monitor information.
• Support day-to-day administrative and business operations.
• Work under general supervision and report to a supervisor or manager.
• Plan and prioritize tasks to accomplish established goals.

Skills Required

• 1-3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong planning and time-management skills.
• Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Extensive computer skills and knowledge of relevant software.
• Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures and systems.
• Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

Education/Training/Certifications

• High School Diploma or GED

Additional Requirements

• Must be able to pass drug screenings and criminal background checks

Pay Rate/Salary

• Estimated Salary: $14.59 to $31.62 per hour. Compensation will be offered within this posted range based on experience, skills, and market factors.
