Senior Solutions Architect

As a full-time Senior Partner Solutions Architect, the successful candidate will serve as a trusted technical advisor to global partners, leading technical onboarding and training while collaborating on architecture and co-delivery of LanceDB solutions in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Lead technical onboarding, training programs, and certifications for partner engineers and architects Collaborate with alliances to support proofs-of-concept, design reviews, and architectural validations Author and maintain partner-facing technical assets, including reference architectures and deployment blueprints Required qualifications 10+ years of experience in customer- or partner-facing technical roles, ideally with data platforms or distributed systems Proven track record working within a partner ecosystem, with knowledge of market strategies Deep understanding of distributed systems concepts and container orchestration technologies Strong proficiency in Python and willingness to work with Rust for integration code Exceptional presentation skills to communicate complex data infrastructure solutions effectively
