We are seeking a dedicated and experienced RN to work in our Progressive Care Unit (PCU)/Step Down. This is a contract position with a focus on delivering high-quality care to patients requiring intermediate-level treatment. Key Responsibilities: Provide nursing care to patients in the PCU/Step Down unit. Monitor patient conditions and administer medications as prescribed. Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Float within units of equivalent or lower level of acuity as needed. Requirements: 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a PCU setting. BLS, ACLS, and NIH certifications preferred. Skills in conscious sedation, ventilator management, and telemetry. EPIC experience is required. This position requires working nights, specifically 3x12-hour shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, including weekends every other week.
