Head of Amazon | Established Consumer Brand - Remote

I’m working with a founder-led consumer brand on a Head of Amazon opportunity with real ownership and a direct relationship with the founders.

The business has an established mid 8 figure Amazon 3P operation, strong products and a healthy pipeline of new launches. The founder has personally led Amazon for years and is now exploring bringing in someone who can take the channel forward and free him up to focus on the wider business.

They’re looking for someone whose judgement they trust. Someone who spots opportunities, makes clear recommendations and follows through.

The opportunity

You’ll take ownership of Amazon performance, combining commercial strategy with the detail that makes it happen.

That means:

• Finding further growth in established products and improving those with more potential.

• Leading new product launches, from planning through to execution.

• Improving listings, conversion, pricing and promotions.

• Working closely with the existing PPC manager to grow sales profitably.

• Connecting demand forecasts, launches and deals with stock availability.

• Directing experienced VA support and keeping account priorities moving.

There’s a capable support team already in place, alongside founders who know their business well and want someone who brings fresh thinking.

Who I’d love to speak with

• You’ve owned an Amazon Seller Central / 3P business and can explain the decisions behind its performance.
• You understand how advertising, conversion, pricing, stock and margin affect one another. You can find meaningful improvements in mature products as well as launch new ones successfully.
• You’re comfortable working in a lean team, getting into the detail and having straightforward commercial conversations with founders. You take responsibility and enjoy having the freedom to make things happen.
