Are you an experienced leader in the Pharma industry looking for a high-impact role in a fast-growing organization? Our Compounding Pharmacy in Fort Lauderdale, FL is seeking a Chief of Staff to work closely with the CEO and executive team. This is a full-time, onsite role with a competitive $150-170k salary + bonus based on company performance.
As Chief of Staff , you will:
- Provide strategic guidance and operational oversight to the leadership team.
- Facilitate cross-departmental coordination and communication.
- Lead initiatives to drive organizational growth and efficiency.
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in Pharma .
- Tech-savvy, with experience in LIFEFILE .
- An Architect mindset for designing efficient systems and processes.
- Master’s Degree preferred but not required.
- Dedication to the organization’s growth and success.
