Responsibilities: Greet and check in patients with a friendly and professional demeanor. Manage phone calls, schedule appointments, and handle patient inquiries efficiently. Maintain accurate patient records and manage electronic health information systems. Assist with billing and insurance verification processes. Coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow and communication. Handle administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and managing office supplies. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality. Provide exceptional customer service to enhance patient satisfaction and experience. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in medical office administration is a plus. Proven experience in a medical office or healthcare setting preferred. Strong communication skills and a friendly, patient-focused attitude. Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and Microsoft Office. Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance processes is beneficial. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures. The Candidate must be proficient in: Communication: Clear, polite verbal and written skills are essential for greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and taking accurate messages.
