Compensation This position is commission-based, with the opportunity to bring your book of business with you and expand it within our thriving ecosystem. Qualifications Proven experience in commercial real estate required. Having business brokerage or M&A experience is a bonus. Strong track record of closing deals. Ability to work independently and as part of an integrated team. Exceptional negotiation and client relationship management skills.
