Hospitality Ops Director - Elevate Service Standards

Unsukay in Atlanta is seeking an Operations Services Director (OSD) to translate our values into action across shifts. You will own service standards, design and deliver training, and enforce processes that ensure consistently exceptional hospitality. You will coach General Managers and managers, build scalable standards across concepts, and partner with the People Manager and department leaders.
