Retail Sales Consultant

Location: 9827 Grand Ave Ste C, Sun City, Arizona 85351, United States Responsibilities Deliver complete, high-quality sales that exceed the company's benchmark on key metrics. Drive sales of preferred handsets, rate plans, features and accessories, per company guidance and benchmarks set by management. Practice specific behaviors and best practices to generate and maximize sales and key metrics. Serve as a role model and provide assistance for new hires and peer Retail Sales Consultants. Perform other work‑related tasks assigned by management. Adhere to all policies and procedures outlined in the Handbook and other company communications. Adhere to paperwork procedures and training courses. Master required systems: Aktivate, ADP, Cricket Learning, and RQ4, Paycom. Regularly check sales paperwork for discrepancies and errors. Follow all cash‑depositing procedures and accept responsibility for any deficiencies caused by error or negligence. Protect and maintain company assets. Use sound judgment to avoid fraudulent purchases, even if such purchases otherwise comply with company restrictions. Accurately complete opening and closing checklists with zero errors. Immediately communicate inventory deficiencies to supervisors. Maintain store appearance. Complete all required training within the timelines established by management. Follow the letter and spirit of company policies. Consistently and accurately record time and attendance in RQ4. Adhere to schedule and provide adequate notice for all requested time off. Take personal responsibility for problems within your control. Qualifications At least 18 years old and legally able to work in the United States without restrictions. Minimum availability of 4 days / 30 hours per week. Ability to stand for long periods of time. Reliable transportation to location, training, and off‑site meetings.
