Registered Dental Assistant

We're looking for an enthusiastic, dependable Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) who takes pride in delivering exceptional patient care and enjoys working in a positive, supportive environment.

What You'll Do

• Provide chairside assistance during a variety of dental procedures
• Prepare treatment rooms and maintain a clean, organized clinical environment
• Take digital X-rays and intraoral images
• Sterilize instruments and maintain infection control standards
• Educate patients on oral health and post-operative care
• Assist with charting, treatment documentation, and patient flow
• Help create an outstanding patient experience from start to finish

Qualifications

• Current California Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license
• Current X-ray certification
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with digital dentistry is a plus

Spanish-speaking is a plus, but not required.
