• 7+ years of experience in application support, systems analysis, or similar technical role
• Strong SQL skills including stored procedures and query optimization
• Experience supporting or configuring business-critical applications
• Background working within financial services or related industries
• Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Experience troubleshooting complex system issues and driving resolutionDesired Skills & Experience
• Exposure to trading, portfolio management, or investment systems
• Experience with Azure DevOps or similar tools
• Programming/scripting experience (Python, VBA, .NET, Java, etc.)
• Strong vendor management experience
