Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Experience in geriatric and short term rehab settings.
• Experience with NetHealth and PCC.

• Monday-Friday schedule.
• Setting includes geriatric and short term rehab.
• Documentation systems include NetHealth and PCC.
