The company offers a uniquely innovative approach to selling relevant solutions to schools we call “the complete thought.” We are seeking a proactive, highly organized Customer Success Coordinator to act as a trusted advisor to K-12 administrators and teachers. In this role, you will drive user engagement on our OTIS and iBlocks platforms, oversee smooth account onboarding, and manage end-to-end scheduling for virtual and onsite Professional Development (PD) sessions. You will serve as the primary operational link between our customers and our professional learning team to ensure educators maximize the value of Teq products and services. Responsibilities in this Role Customer Onboarding & Account Setup - Guide new K-12 clients through platform onboarding, administrative setups, feature walkthroughs, and user roster management. Deliver scaled training sessions to maximize user adoption from day one. Coordinate and prioritize high-volume scheduling requests for onsite and virtual PD sessions. Assign trainers based on expertise, location, and calendar availability while overseeing travel logistics and session confirmations. Execute proactive phone and email outreach campaigns to monitor account health and boost usage. Serve as the primary point of contact for customer support inquiries and track usage metrics to mitigate churn risks. Maintain precise account records, scheduling statuses, and interaction logs within HubSpot. Collect client feedback and testimonials, while collaborating internally to refine team workflows and outreach strategies. What You’ll Bring to the Team 1–3 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Support, or Operations (EdTech/K-12 or SaaS experience preferred). Exceptional organizational abilities with hands-on experience managing high-volume scheduling, complex calendars, and account communications. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset and comfort delivering virtual presentations and outreach calls. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel), HubSpot (or similar CRM software), and scheduling tools. Willingness to work onsite in our Huntington Station, NY office. What We Offer Salary Range: $50,000 – $60,000 (Commensurate with experience) Generous PTO and 15 paid holidays.
