Cyber Program Manager, Lead

Overview Cyber Program Manager Lead – Plano, TX (Toyota Financial Services). The role is responsible for developing and refining initiatives roadmap, product backlog, and shared services deployment for affiliated global companies. Responsibilities Develop and maintain cybersecurity portfolio roadmap in collaboration with executives and stakeholders. Prioritize the portfolio, ensuring continuous alignment with organizational value streams. Oversee delivery of portfolio projects, including budget, headcount, scope, and timeline. Lead and mentor teams, ensuring understanding and application of agile practices. Act as escalation point for cross‑functional dependencies, impediments, and risk resolution. Implement governance and risk management practices. Identify and drive process improvements across the portfolio. Manage investment funding and reporting for the overall portfolio. Lead executive status reporting and performance dashboards. Oversee vendor selection, contract creation (RFP, RFQ, SOW) and vendor optimization. Qualifications Minimum 7 years in progressive Information Technology / Information Security roles, delivering technical SaaS programs or equivalent. Extensive experience managing finance and budget, including creating templates and tracking expenditures in Excel. Lead projects using agile or kanban methodologies, facilitating scrum ceremonies. Ability to develop strategic technology plans, roadmaps and business capability plans. Track record of building and sustaining high‑performing teams, managing resources, budgets, and delivery in a fast‑paced environment. Experience owning large, complex programs, securing commitments and unblocking teams. Strong communication skills, presenting security concepts to non‑technical stakeholders. Proficient with MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) for data analysis and executive reporting. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
