Monitortechnician productivity, labor sales, gross profit, and repair orderperformance. Recruit,coach, mentor, and develop future leaders. Resolvecustomer concerns professionally while protecting the dealership's reputation. Ensurecompliance with Toyota standards, warranty requirements, and dealershippolicies. Collaboratewith Parts, Sales, and Executive Leadership. Requirements TheRight Candidate Naturallyleads rather than follows. Thriveson competition and measurable results.
