Hiring: Senior Accountant

Salary: $80,000–$90,000 per year | Full-Time
We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Accountant to support financial reporting, general ledger management, month-end closing, reconciliations, and accounts payable/receivable operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Manage general ledger entries, month-end close, and bank/account reconciliations.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial variance analysis.
- Support internal and external audits and maintain accurate financial records.
- Process vendor invoices, perform three-way matching, and resolve payment discrepancies.
- Manage cash receipts, customer account reconciliations, and overdue receivables.
- Utilize accounting software and ERP systems to ensure accurate financial reporting.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of general accounting, financial reporting, and reconciliations.
- Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and month-end closing.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential financial information.
- Experience with MAS 90/Sage 100 preferred; Crystal Reports experience is a plus.
