What You’ll Do A typical shift includes: Breading and cooking chicken to Richie’s standards Preparing sides, desserts, and cornbread according to recipes Maintaining fryer stations and cooking equipment Ensuring food quality, flavor, and presentation standards Preparing food according to daily prep lists Keeping the kitchen clean, organized, and stocked Following all food safety and sanitation procedures Filtering and cleaning fryers according to company standards Supporting the team by learning multiple stations in the kitchen How We Do It At Richie’s Chicken & Soul, our kitchen runs on three values: Spread the Love Support your teammates and communicate respectfully.
