Senior Program Management Specialist - KC-46 Support and TrainingCompany:The Boeing CompanyBoeing Global Services is seeking a SeniorProgram Management Specialist for KC-46 Support and Training in Tukwila, WA., Everett, WA. or Oklahoma City, OK.In this role you will lead the KC-46 Organic Sustainment Support (KOSS) contract and be responsible for all acquisition and execution elements of the program. The KOSS contract provides critical field support through Field Operations, Engineering reach- back and analysis, software maintenance and implementation. The Senior Program Manager also ensures healthy functioning of the business in terms of execution and financial performance, building key customer and supplier relationships, and developing strategies and product offerings to maintain and build long-term growth.Position Responsibilities:Develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with government and other customers, stakeholders, peers, and partnersLead the development of program strategies, product offerings, and proposalsEnsure adherence to contract performance metrics and statement of workLead time sensitive material support processes and actionsIdentify and manage program risks, issues and opportunitiesSupport various other special projects as requiredBasic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):10+ years’ experience with Program Management or Project Management Best PracticesExperience leading teams in a formal or informal roleExperience developing and delivering presentations to senior leadersExperience with Government or Military acquisition and proposal development processes5+ years’ experience working with engineering, field service, and supply chainKnowledge of U.S. Air Force or government aviation maintenance practicesPreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):Bachelor’s degree or higherExperience with U.S. Government acquisition process and execution of government military contractsExperience with the KC-46A Pegasus or other U.S. Government military aircraftExperience with Boeing’s Contracts and Finance Management systems, processes and toolsAbility to show critical thinking and perform analytics on a broad set of program execution datasets (cost, schedule, performance, quality, risk mitigation, etc)Conflict of Interest: Successful candidates for this job must satisfy the company’s conflict of interest (CoI) assessment process.Drug Free Workplace:Boeing is a Drug Free Workplace where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, PCP, and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies.Pay & Benefits: At Boeing, we strive to deliver a Total Rewards package that will attract, engage and retain the top talent.
