We have an immediate opportunity for an Electroplating Process Engineer to join our 3D Integration and Imaging Sensors group. What You Will Do:Support fabrication operations by providing technical support in fabrication processes; working with a team of technicians and engineers in a wafer fabrication clean room setting.Maintaining current processes, optimizing existing processes, and training in safe and efficient operations of the Electroplating process cells.Taking ownership and responsibility for supporting the manufacturing activities of plating processes and equipment.Sustaining processes to meet product specifications & manufacturing process flows, maintaining operating instructions for process and equipment.Maintaining statistical process controls for process optimization; trouble shoot and resolve process issues to support the manufacturing process and improve work cell process yields.Qualifications You Must Have:Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience.Experience in Electroplating, Material Science, Wafer Fabrication and/or Semiconductor.Qualifications We Prefer:Experience in a 200mm manufacturing environment.Experience with sustaining existing electroplating processes to meet product specifications & manufacturing process flows, maintaining operating instructions for process and equipment. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
