Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operation of team members
Monitor quality of products and services produced
Adjust daily schedule for shift personnel to ensure optimal efficiency
Adhering to local & state food and alcohol service laws
Working with the GM & AGM to ensure the staff is aligned on standards & our guests have an incredible experience

Qualifications:

Previous restaurant experience is a must! Management experience is preferred.
Knowledge of common food safety practices
Strong leadership qualities
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and communication skills. Being fluent in Spanish is a plus!
ServSafe certification or equivalent
Must be able to lift items over 50 pounds.

With a massive selection of beer (We have over 300 different types & styles!!!!) that rotate out on a regular basis, a staff that truly cares about the guests that walk in our doors, & the long list of events we host every week, we've definitely got something for you & believe we are a place for everyone!
