The client resides in Columbia, TN. Shifts are available from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. and 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. We are looking for active and enthusiastic caregivers to assist with all activities of daily living (ADLs). This position is for a client in assisted living who needs an experienced caregiver. All applicants must have the required documents listed below. What You’ll Do Personal Care : Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, ensuring dignity and independence. Companionship : Build meaningful connections and enhance quality of life by engaging in conversation, activities, and encouraging social interactions. Housekeeping : Maintain a safe and organized living environment through light housekeeping tasks such as tidying, dusting, vacuuming, and laundry. Meal Preparation : Prepare nutritious meals tailored to client dietary preferences and health requirements, including meal planning and safe food handling. Health Monitoring : Observe and report changes in client’s physical and emotional well‑being, provide medication reminders, and support treatment plans. Transportation : Safely transport clients to appointments, errands, and social outings, ensuring safety and comfort. What We’re Looking For Experience : Proven caregiving experience, including personal care and blood sugar management. Skills : A compassionate, professional, and detail-oriented approach to all tasks. Transportation : A valid driver’s license, car insurance, and a reliable vehicle. Background Check : Must pass a thorough background check and drug screening. Required Documents for Employment Proof of identity and work authorization with Form I-9 documentation. Valid current driver’s license. Social security card. Birth certificate. High school diploma or equivalent. Additional Requirements Minimum age of 18. Comprehensive 15-year background check. Drug screening (if applicable). Five professional references (no friends or family). Transportation Requirements for Home Health Positions Valid driver’s license, car insurance, and good driving record.
