Seeking an IP Counsel, the full-time remote position will manage and grow the company's international IP portfolio, lead enforcement efforts against licensing violations, and serve as a legal resource for product and engineering teams on open source licensing and product terms. Key responsibilities Own and expand the international IP portfolio while leading enforcement actions against licensing violations Advise product teams on licensing, IP, and terms of service considerations during product launches Draft and review product terms and develop scalable IP processes and resources as the function grows Required qualifications 5+ years of legal experience with a strong foundation in IP law, including trademark and copyright Strong knowledge of open source licensing, including familiarity with various licenses Experience advising on product launches, product roadmaps, or terms of service is a plus Ability to work proactively to build and protect IP while also addressing enforcement needs Individual contributor role with potential to lead the function as it grows
