RN Telemetry (TELE) Arlington Heights, Illinois
Registered Nurse (RN) Telemetry (TELE) float position in Arlington Heights, Illinois, supporting resource/float pool coverage across multiple inpatient units. The role includes maintaining safe, efficient patient care while rotating to Med/Surg and TELE areas as needed. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.

Job Details

• Schedule: Days; 7:00 AM7:00 PM; 12 hours per shift; minimum 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Current Illinois Registered Nurse (RN) license; Basic Life Support (BLS); Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS); National Institute of Health Stroke Scale (NIH); experience with EPIC charting; at least 0 years of experience (per posting)
• Preferred Qualifications: 2+ years of strong Med/Surg background; TELE background; prior experience working in a resource pool or float environment
• Responsibilities: Provide TELE patient care and support coverage across Med/Surg and TELE units as part of the resource/float pool model
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, National Institute of Health Stroke Scale (NIH)
• Float: Float rotation may be required
• Weekend Requirements: Every other weekend
• On-Call Requirements: none
• Holiday Requirements: As needed
• Additional Information: Orientation occurs on Wednesdays, with credentials due Thursday prior to the start date. Submission requirements include an updated resume, a skills checklist completed within 12 months, one reference completed within 12 months, and Illinois license verification. Orientation hours are 12 hours, with 6 nonbillable hours.
