Make an impact! As a Technical Services Operations Manager, you'll lead a motivated team of chemists and drivers while managing full P&L responsibility for a service center. This role is ideal for someone with leadership experience who thrives in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment. You'll play a key role in ensuring regulatory compliance, driving operational excellence, and supporting both your team and customers.Key Job ResponsibilitiesLead daily operations for the service center with full P&L ownershipOversee scheduling of customer work, logistics, and team assignmentsManage and develop Field Chemists and Drivers, providing training and supportEnsure compliance with environmental, health, safety, and DOT regulationsCoordinate purchasing, invoices, and supply management for the facilityCollaborate with Sales, Plant Operations, and Customer Service teams to resolve technical and operational needsCommunicate facility updates and challenges to regional leadershipDo you have what it takes? High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's in Chemistry, Environmental Science, or related field preferred) 3–5 years of leadership experience in an operations or service environment 5+ years of industry experience, with lab packing expertise strongly preferred Knowledge of DOT and RCRA regulations is preferred Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple priorities Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Previous experience with SAP a plus Ability to present technical information clearly and effectively Ability to travel locally up to 50%What's in for you?
