Benefits: 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Vision insurance Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) – Home Health & Hospice Full-Time / Part-Time Positions Available Job Summary: We are seeking compassionate and reliable Certified Nurse Aides (CNA) to join our Home Health and Hospice team. The CNA will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to clients in their homes or hospice setting under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN). The ideal candidate is dependable, caring, and committed to supporting patients with dignity and respect during their care journey. Key Responsibilities: Provide personal care services including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting Assist patients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation Monitor and report changes in patient condition to supervising nurse Assist with vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure) Support patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients Follow care plans as directed by the RN/LVN Document care provided accurately and timely Comply with all agency policies, HIPAA, and safety standards Education & Certification Requirements: Must be a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) with a valid CNA license in the state of Texas (or applicable state) High School Diploma or GED preferred Current CPR certification (preferred or required depending on agency policy) Experience Requirements: Prior experience in Home Health, Hospice, Nursing Home, or Hospital setting preferred Experience working with elderly, disabled, or terminally ill patients strongly preferred Familiarity with ADLs and patient care documentation Skills & Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Compassionate and patient-centered attitude Ability to work independently in patient homes Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license (if required for field visits) Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy Employment Type: Full-Time (FT) Part-Time (PT) Flexible schedules available (day, evening, weekend shifts) #J-18808-Ljbffr
