Responsibilities At Bark & Mane, we take care of the business so you can focus on what you do best—caring for pets. Provide luxury, one-on-one grooming services in a safe, cage-free environment. Deliver exceptional customer experiences and build trusted relationships with pet parents. Perform professional grooming services including bathing, drying, brushing, haircuts, nail trims, ear cleaning, sanitary trims, and de-shedding treatments. Complete the Bark & Mane Well-Being WrapUp by sharing wellness observations and grooming recommendations with customers. Educate pet parents on coat maintenance, pet well-being, and the benefits of recurring grooming schedules. Work independently while enjoying the support of our in-house concierge and fleet teams who manage scheduling, customer communication, and vehicle maintenance. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional mobile salon environment. Focus on safety, quality, and compassionate care with every appointment. Requirements Professional pet grooming experience preferred, training available. Ability to groom a variety of breeds safely and efficiently. Strong pet handling and customer service skills. Self-motivated and comfortable working independently. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Commitment to professionalism, reliability, and quality workmanship.
