You'll have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships, create engaging activities, and bring joy to those you care for each day.QUALIFICATIONSCurrent food handler's permitCPR and first-aid certificationFingerprint Clearance cardAbility to effectively communicate with residents, families, supervisors, and employeesWillingness to work with the elderlyCompletion of a certified caregiver course approved by the State of Arizona. With compassion, you assist them in their personal routines, skillfully balancing their independence with the care they require, all while documenting any significant changes for the Resident Care Coordinator. Throughout your day, you remain vigilant, reporting any health concerns promptly while upholding the confidentiality of each resident's information and maintaining the appearance and sanitation standards that reflect the high expectations of our Communities.
