real solutions What You?ll Do As a Production Associate, you?ll play a hands-on role in keeping our operations running safely, efficiently, and on time. You?ll work alongside a team that values hard work, accountability, and taking care of one another.

Available Shifts and Hours: 1st Shift ? 7:00 AM- 3:00 PM - Monday - Friday 2nd Shift ? 3:00 PM ? 11:00 PM - Monday - Friday 3rd Shift ? 11:00 PM ? 7:00 AM - Sunday - Thursday

Hourly Pay Rate:

$16/hour

Key responsibilities include: Safely operating production equipment and tools Assembling, repairing, or processing pallets and related materials Following all safety procedures and proactively identifying hazards Maintaining a clean and organized work area Meeting productivity and quality expectations Communicating effectively with supervisors and teammates Supporting continuous improvement efforts What We?re Looking For A strong commitment to safety?yours and your teammates?
