Expanding practice seeks a Pain Medicine Physician to work in Munster, Indiana!

Compensation:

Highly competitive, negotiable salary (MGMA guidelines)

Job/Practice Description: Pain Medicine

Location: Munster, IN (30 mins from Chicago!)
Full-time, permanent position: 10% inpatient / 90% outpatient
Pain clinic affiliated with a 458 bed local hospital
Monday-Friday, flexible work schedule
Approximately 25 clinic patients per day
Call rotation: 1:4
Subspecialty interests encouraged, with flexibility to design practice around personal goals
Procedures:
Epidural Steroid Injections
Branch Blocks
Radiofrequency Ablation (RFA) for Pain
Spinal Cord Stimulator Implant
Spinal Cord Stimulator Implant (Trial Procedure)
Trigger Point Injections
Pain Pumps

Requirements:

Board Certified/Board Eligible in Pain Medicine
Credentialing process takes approximately 90-120 days after an offer is accepted
