Job Summary Provides mammography imaging services. Schedule and Compensation Full‑time weekends. 8‑hour shift on Friday, 12‑hour shifts on Saturday and Sunday. Sign‑On Bonus: up to $10,000. Shift Differentials: All shifts +$6.25/hour. Relocation assistance available for qualified applicants. Responsibilities Operate mammography equipment and perform related procedures. Prepare and position patients; select anatomic and technical parameters. Explain procedures and educate patients about preventive breast health. Develop and evaluate images for technical quality, including density contrast, definition, and distortion. Follow radiation safety procedures and guidelines. Ensure prompt submission of high‑quality images and documents to PACS. Ensure equipment is properly functioning and report potential problems or malfunctions. Assist in maintaining a clean, orderly department, including procedure rooms, storage areas, dressing rooms, and other areas. Work in a constant state of alertness and perform other duties as assigned. Education Completion of a Radiology Technology program. Experience No previous experience required. Physical Requirements Constant standing and walking; frequent use of vision and depth perception for distances up to 20 feet. Frequent use of hearing and speech; distinguish body sounds and alarms. Frequent lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 0–25 lbs; lifting/moving patients. Frequent reaching, gripping, and keyboard use/data entry. Occasional lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 25–50 lbs. Occasional use of vision to identify and distinguish colors. Occasional bending, stooping, squatting, twisting, and repetitive foot/leg and hand/arm movements. Rare kneeling and sitting. Required Professional Licenses and Certifications State of Illinois: Basic Life Support HealthCare Provider (BLS HCP) – AHA; ARRT‑R Radiography; ARRT‑M Mammography; Radiologic Technologists – IEMA, or Temporary Accreditation – IEMA. State of Missouri or Oklahoma: Basic Life Support HealthCare Provider (BLS HCP) – AHA; ARRT‑R Radiography; ARRT‑M Mammography. State of Wisconsin: Basic Life Support HealthCare Provider (BLS HCP) – AHA; ARRT‑R Radiography; ARRT‑M Mammography; Radiographer, Licensed – Wisconsin Department of Safety and Professional Services.
