Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Telemetry to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Hold shift accountability for providing care to patients in MS/Telemetry units.
• Utilize critical thinking skills and scientific judgment for safe delivery of care.
• Maintain clinical competencies through continuing education efforts.
• Delegate patient care priorities based on team education and experience.
• Provide direction and supervision to assigned personnel delivering patient care.
• Be adaptable to float between departments and facilities as needed.

Qualifications

• Active Arizona RN license required.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in telemetry or similar settings.
• Willingness to float between locations: Northwest Medical Center, Oro Valley Hospital, Northwest Houghton, and Northwest Sahuarita.
• Experience with Cerner EMR system preferred.
• Ability to work 6 weekend shifts per 6-week schedule.
