Location: Grain Valley, Missouri
Position Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $90,000–$100,000 per year
Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Role Summary

We are looking for a Physical Therapist to join a patient-focused clinical setting in Grain Valley, Missouri. In this role, you will help patients improve how they move, manage pain, rebuild strength, and work toward better independence in everyday life. Your day will include evaluations, treatment sessions, patient education, progress tracking, and coordination with other healthcare professionals when needed.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Conduct physical therapy evaluations and functional assessments
• Identify patient goals and create treatment plans that support practical outcomes
• Provide treatment for mobility issues, weakness, pain, balance concerns, and post-injury or post-surgical recovery
• Guide patients through exercises and movement strategies during each visit
• Update care plans based on clinical progress and patient feedback
• Explain home exercise programs and recovery expectations in clear language
• Keep patient records accurate, timely, and compliant with documentation standards

Requirements

• Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program
• Active or eligible Physical Therapist license in Missouri
• Previous outpatient, orthopedic, or rehabilitation experience preferred
• Strong communication and clinical documentation skills
• Ability to manage a full patient schedule while maintaining quality care
