Role Overview:

We are seeking licensed Behavioral and Mental Health Therapists to deliver community-based and in-home therapy services across Georgia and North Carolina. You will conduct assessments, formulate individualized treatment plans, and provide direct therapy to support emotional and behavioral wellness.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform clinical assessments and diagnostic evaluations for clients in home and community settings.

Create, implement, and update tailored therapeutic treatment plans.

Provide individual, family, or crisis intervention therapy.

Collaborate with case managers, clinical supervisors, and family support teams.

Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with state standards (GA/NC).

Qualifications:

Active clinical license in Georgia or North Carolina (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or associate-level equivalent under supervision).

Experience in community mental health, pediatric/adolescent care, or in-home therapeutic services preferred.

Reliable transportation for in-home visits.
