Arnold Insurance Agency LLC - Farmers Insurance , based in Columbia City, Indiana, is a new and ambitious agency dedicated to excellence and growth. We’re seeking a motivated Entry-Level Insurance Sales Representative to join our Farmers Insurance team. Sales Representatives will start with a $30,000 base salary and opportunities to earn additional commission, with top performers earning up to $100,000+ annually! Responsibilities

Meet new business production goals and objectives.
Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
Build networking relationships with industry professionals.
Collect and secure necessary customer documents.
Promote and explain our referral program.

Requirements

No previous experience is needed! Already Property and Casualty Licensed is a PLUS!
Genuine willingness to learn and a resourceful mindset.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional phone etiquette and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
Coachable and eager to grow in a supportive environment.
